Commercials

There is a lot of commercials that I like and don't like. The ones that I really loved are the Dove and Apple commercial. They were very funny and they left me thinking after watching them. Another reason was because they make u feel better (dove). The ones that I did not like were the car one and the language one. They did not leave me thinking or something similar. I really did not understand them. Some powerful commercials are the ones that have music as the background that matches the moment. Another thing is that powerful commercials have to leave people thinking, have to have examples of a person or something, it would have funny moments, or it would illustrate an emotion. Honestly the one that stick out in my mind was the dove commercial true colors. I find it very interesting and satisfactory. It was amazing and very true too. I really loved the dove commercial, people should make more of them. These commercial is a great example of a satisfactory commercial, it leaves people thinking. It leaves a great message to women. It makes them feel very good. It has a really nice music background that goes with the moment, etc.

My commercial is going to be similar as the Dove one. The elements that I am going to use is funny, satisfactory, surprising, truthful, etc. There is a lot of challenges that I aspect like who am I gonna use? or how am I going to make it look surprising or that it leaves a message or people thinking. Another challenging is the effects or making it look like a real commercial, or making it look professional like the majority of them. My commercial is going to have music as the background, it is going to illustrate an emotion and it is definitely going to look professional and satisfactory. In conclusion, I am going to try to make my commercial the best one ever or making look professional.

Rome & Juliet Paragraphs

I really think this Rome and Juliet project was really fun. Priscila and I did act 4 scene 1-5. It was a very interesting and important part in this play. The process was sometimes easy, and other times difficult. First, we started to read the play, we finished and we lade out all the most important parts in act 4. We did the tittle, took all the necessary pictures and we finished the dialog. After we started to edit the pictures, organize everything and insert the dialog where it was suppose to go. We checked if everything was great and we finished. I loved everything we did in our project, mostly the way we edited the pictures and how we did the first page of our comic, it was awesome. Honestly, I did not dislike something in our project, we were organized, everything was neat and perfect. Doing the comic was easy, the only difficult part of everything, was the time. We did not have a lot of time to do this project. If we had more time, we were going to do it beyond perfect. I really do think we deserve to put our project in the library classroom. Everyone that sees it is going to feel a lot of emotions, laughter, happiness, sadness, madness, etc. Everyone is going to absolutely love it. I think Priscila and I deserve a very good grade, we put so much effort in this project.

Comics are definitely a way to learn about serious literature. I have a lot of reasons why and how. First, well when you do a comic it needs to have a dialog of what the people are saying, and that is complete literature. Another thing is that people might write like a box describing the scene. For example a general explanation of what is going to happened in the chosen part. Obviously, when you finish the comic, the person who did it is going to re-read or check everything again. Reading is a part of serious literature and this is another reason why comics are a way to learn about literature. In your comics, to make it more entertaining and better, some people put animations, pictures, etc. For me seeing pictures and animations is definitely a part of serious literature. In conclusion, for me serious literature is learning how to write, read, and see. That is why comics are a way to learn about serious literature.

Paradise Video

A Day in the Bay

I am going to talk about the amazing A Day in the Bay videos. So, first of all I wanted my theme to be unique. So I thought of unique themes, and the only theme that pop in my head was PARADISE! I choose this theme because a paradise is beautiful and it bases on the setting of things, something I absolutely love. In my video their is a paradise of my house, the beach, Cancun, a picture of Vallarta from an airplane, etc. In my opinion the theme "paradise" is the best theme ever. I am going to be honest, I did not consider other theme, as I said before, the first thing that pop out of my head was the theme paradise. It just spoke to me. In conclusion, I really loved my theme, I think its the best one of all. It unique, awesome, and incredible.

The process was easy in some ways and hard and other ways. First you start by choosing the idea of the video, what theme? etc. After you choose if you want to do it in your mac or in the school computers. After that when you choose does 2 things, you start putting the tittle and making the video. By putting photos, video clips that last no more than 10 seconds and the music you choose. You start putting the transitions, and making the video look awesome! You put as much photos you want and video clips. And after, you finish it and you export it. In my opinion it is easier to do a video in a mac than in a school computer. It is funner too. In conclusion I had so much fun doing this paradise video.

Amazing Video

I am going to talk about the video I saw in computer class. The video was amazing, I really liked it. I like it because it gave me a really beautiful message of the earth, and because the music was quite enjoyable. The message is that the world is a very precious thing to see and to live with. The world is beautiful, relaxing, enjoyable and its EVERYTHING ! In the video, the weak part I found was the burning car because it shows the conflicts or problems in earth today, and it makes me angry and disappointed. A powerful clip I saw in the video was the children running because it shows freedom and happiness. Another powerful thing that I saw was the fetus in the mom's belly and when a person was carrying the just born baby. That is a powerful image because it shows how humans get to earth, and how special that moment is. This video is the best video I have seen in my whole life, I loved it!

Fuel Efficiency

I am going to talk about my wonderful discovery. What I discovered was that I learned how to measure the time and distance that I traveled to get to school this year. The important comparison is that there's different types of cars, cars that spend a lot of fuel and cars that don't spend a lot of fuel. I plan on getting a fuel efficient car when I turn 18 years old. I don't plan in wasting money in fuel. This is going to be better for my family and I. Everyone should get a fuel efficient car, it's going to be better for everyone in this world.

Fuel, Cars and Money

I use a lot of fuel for my car (GMC 2009) in a year. In a year, my fuel rises up to 558.108Litters. My dream car, a beatle, uses less than my GMC. The beatle uses 547.6Litters per year. I think the reason for that is because the beatle is much smaller than the GMC. Obviously, my GMC uses a tone of fuel, and I really don't like the idea of that, its really an exaggeration. It's a waste of money.

Efficient car # 1: (Toyota Camry Hybrid 2010): It uses 160.45605 liters of fuelper years. It wastes a lot less fuel that my car, and that is perfect for us humans. Less money, better for us. I got really surprised because of how much fuel it doesn't waste.

Efficient car #2: (Mini Cooper 2011): It uses 151.15425 liters of fuel per year. It's the most efficient car of all 4. I thinking of buying this car when I'm 18 years old. It's going to be perfect for my parents and I.
